Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Workout Tracker ("the app", "we", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Workout Tracker is a web-based fitness application that helps users track and manage their workout sessions. The app allows users to:

• Log workout sessions with exercises, sets, reps, weights, and durations
• Configure exercise settings including rest timers and YouTube links
• Create and manage workout plans
• View workout history and progress graphs
• Share workout plans with others

The app uses Google Sheets and Google Drive to store and manage your workout data.

User Account and Authentication

To use Workout Tracker, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Grant the app permission to access your Google Sheets and Google Drive (read-only)
• Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Workout Tracker, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Back up your data regularly (your data is stored in your Google Sheets)
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or any related systems
• Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Not share your account credentials with others

Data Ownership and Storage

All workout data you create using Workout Tracker is stored in your own Google Sheets and remains your property. You have complete control over your data and can:

• View, edit, or delete your data at any time
• Export your data from Google Sheets
• Revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time

We do not store your data on our servers. All data operations occur directly between your browser and Google's services.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times. The service may be subject to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Dependencies on Google's services (Sheets API, Drive API)
• Internet connectivity issues
• Technical problems beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

Workout Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or other harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Data Loss

While we make every effort to ensure data integrity, you are responsible for backing up your workout data. We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur due to:

• User error (accidental deletion, etc.)
• Google account issues
• Technical problems with Google's services
• Internet connectivity issues

Third-Party Services

Workout Tracker uses Google APIs (Google Sheets API and Google Drive API). Your use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Google's services.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Workout Tracker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the app at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
